Coiled Tubing Equipment
The term coiled tubing means a set of durable CT strings a complex of surface equipment, consisting of the coiled tubing unit itself providing tripping of the CT string – Tripping pipe procedures, and a complex of equipment, including a mud pump, compressors for injecting inert gas or a booster unit.
Description
A coiled tubing equipment/ unit primarily comprises of a tubing reel, an injector to guide and inject the tubing into the wellbore, control console comprising of all controls and instrumentation, a power pack and a pressure control system.
