Grease Injection Control Heads

Grease Injection Control Heads

Grease is injected at a pressure higher than the well pressure. The grease fills the interstitial groves between the braided line strands. The most critical components of the grease injection head are the flow tubes.

Description

Grease injection control heads are made up of two main assemblies, the pack off/line wiper assembly and the flow tube assembly. The pack off assembly provides sealing capabilities when the wireline is stationary. Dual pack offs are available when higher well pressures are anticipated.
